California privacy rights & data removal requests
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may use the same form to exercise comparable rights.

Your rights

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. Referral identifiers passed to quote partners may qualify as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honour the signal) or submit the request form below. Opting out does not affect your ability to read the site.
How to submit a request
Use the form on this page, or email editors@bestcarinsurancefornewdrivers.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We verify requests by matching the information you provide to information we hold; because we collect very little, we may only be able to act on cookie- or email-linked data. You may designate an authorised agent. We respond within 45 days.

We publish request metrics annually here once we receive our first request in a calendar year.
